Use a microwavable jug and crack 2 eggs inside. Use a fork to whisk the eggs until smooth.
Pop it into the microwave for 2 minutes. (Now might be a great time to put bread into the toaster ready for your scrambled egg).
When the 2 minutes is up, take out your jug and you may notice it's clumped together but don't worry, grab a fork and whisk around again and voila! looks like scrambled egg.
Add a pinch of salt to the jug and also the black pepper, and then either your choice of tomato or brown sauce. Whisk around again for all the flavours to combine and then empty the contents onto your toast.
if you want to make it for 2 people just double the ingredients and put it in the microwave for 3 to 4 minutes. Just experiment with pepper and salt to your taste by adding more (2 pinches). I tend to add more salt because I love a lot of salt and also pepper - enjoy!
