This one is my favourite cheat desserts and something that you can easily scale to one serving! The apples are cooked in butter, folded up inside warm crepes and drizzled with toffee sauce.

Ingredients
Serves: 8
1 apple, cut into slices
8 tablespoons toffee sauce
knob of butter
8 ready made crepes
Method Prep:10min › Cook:4min › Ready in:14min
Add a knob of butter into a frying pan, then add the apple and cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, or until golden brown.
Warm the crepes and arrange a few apple slices on each one. Fold over or roll up and drizzle with toffee sauce. Eat immediately.
