Coconut and pineapple smoothie

    Get a reminder of your summer holiday with this exotic smoothie. Drink it when the sun is out!

    • 100ml coconut milk
    • 1 banana
    • 75g frozen pineapple chunks

    1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix for 3 minutes.
    2. Pour and serve in a tall glass.

    Used a frozen banana and fresh pineapple and added a little crushed ice to reach the consistency we like. The pineapple flavor dominated, so I might try a little more coconut milk or even some coconut extract next time to reach a better flavor balance. Good smoothie!  -  14 Feb 2015
