I made this recipe for my husband's birthday and it was really delicious. It sounds like alot of balsamic but it reduces down quite quickly. It's ready in under half an hour. I like that !

Way too much sauce. You need to reduce it right down. I added satsumas instead of clementines plus the zest of an orange. - 09 May 2017
