About this recipe:I made this recipe for my husband's birthday and it was really delicious. It sounds like alot of balsamic but it reduces down quite quickly. It's ready in under half an hour. I like that !
4 duck breasts
500ml balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons acacia honey
3 tablespoons soy sauce
12 clementines, peeled and quartered

Add the soy sauce, honey and balsamic vinegar to a frting pan. Cook and stir over low heat for 5-10 minutes. Add the clementines to the sauce and keep warm until duck is ready.
In a seperate pan, cook duck breasts skin side down for about 10 minutes. Turn over and cook for 5 more minutes.
Place the duck breasts on serving plates (sliced or whole) and pour sauce over.
