I never get tired of this recipe and it's just perfect served warm with a salad. You can make your own pastry case or buy a sheet of ready rolled to speed things up.
I used 150ml of low fat creme fraiche and 100ml single cream, it turned out perfect and less calories! I also pre cooked the pastry for 10 mins before pouring in the liquid. - 23 Jun 2015

Gorgeous! It tasted great! My only criticism is that it probably should have gone on 200 C instead of 180 C but that may have been because i had quite a deep cake tin. Also it took a bit longer than 30 minutes to cook but besides from that it was very nice and the family all liked it - 26 Jun 2015
