About this recipe: This is ideal for taking to the office when you are trying to eat a little healthier. It's healthy, filling and the nuts add some crunch. You can find packages of fresh pomegranate seeds in most major supermarkets.


Serves: 1 

  • 25g salad leaves
  • 50g cherry tomatoes
  • 25g cashew nuts
  • 25g pine nuts
  • 50g cooked salmon, broken up
  • 50g pomegranate seeds

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well. Season to your taste.
