Crepe with maple syrup and creme fraiche

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 ready made crepe, reheated
    • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
    • 1 tablespoon creme fraiche

    Method
    Prep:2min  ›  Cook:1min  ›  Ready in:3min 

    1. Mix the maple syrup and cream in a bowl.
    2. Reheat crepe in a pan or microwave. Spoon the cream mixture in the centre, roll up and drizzle with extra syrup. Eat and enjoy!
