About this recipe:
Leftover or ready made crepes make an easy dessert. Simply warm up and fill with a maple syrup cream.
1 ready made crepe, reheated
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon creme fraiche
- Mix the maple syrup and cream in a bowl.
- Reheat crepe in a pan or microwave. Spoon the cream mixture in the centre, roll up and drizzle with extra syrup. Eat and enjoy!
