- 1 ready made crepe, reheated
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon creme fraiche

Mix the maple syrup and cream in a bowl.

Reheat crepe in a pan or microwave. Spoon the cream mixture in the centre, roll up and drizzle with extra syrup. Eat and enjoy!
