Delicious and fragrant, this is a good staple recipe to have on hand when you're craving a takeaway.
Altered ingredient amounts. this was great, don't worry about the water, I added 4 tbsp and had loads of water when it finished. the trick is to cook at a low temp, it takes a little longer but it was gorgeously tender. - 18 Jul 2008
If making this recipe for one or two people I highly recommend that you cut the ingredients to 1/4 of a teaspoon and also add 2-3 Tablespoons of water as it happens to be very dry without it. - 17 May 2015
