About this recipe:I cook the pork and onions in stock in a slow cooker and leave it on low all day while I'm at work. Then all you have to do is make the sauce when you get home in the evening. Serve with rolls and coleslaw. Sometimes I serve it over pasta.

1.5kg pork fillet, sliced
For the barbecue sauce
