This recipe is ready in 30 minutes. I serve it warm with a salad on the side and eat the leftovers for lunch at the office the next day. In short, a winner!
I love this quiche sooooo much and it tastes AMAZING!!! I made a few changes - I used cheddar cheese instead of comté cheese and I took out the tomatoes. I also put most of the smoked salmon (about 2 slices) into the quiche mixture and sprinked the rest on top and I put most of the cheese into the mixture, but again, left some to sprinkle on top.
