Smoked salmon and tomato lasagne


    This makes a nice change from the traditional lasagne. It's a baked dish that has layers of lasagne, smoked salmon, creamy dill sauce and fresh tomatoes.

    Serves: 6 

    • 25g fresh dill, chopped
    • 250g cream or creme fraiche
    • 200g lasagne sheets, cooked
    • 500g smoked salmon, sliced
    • 250g fresh tomatoes, diced
    • 100g grated cheese, such as Parmesan or Comte

    Prep:15min  ›  Cook:35min  ›  Ready in:50min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4.
    2. Mix the dill with the cream in a bowl.
    3. Layer the bottom of a casserole dish with lasagne sheets, then smoked salmon, then diced tomatoes and cream-dill mixture. Repeat the layers the same way and then top with grated cheese.
    4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes and serve hot.
