    Serves: 4 

    • 200g fresh strawberries, hulled and washed
    • 1 tablespoon dark brown soft sugar
    • 500ml milk

    Method

    1. Add the strawberries and sugar to a blender and mix. Gradually add the milk. Serve chilled.
