This summery cocktail is a refreshing concoction which will help you relax at the end of a hard day's work! You will need a tall glass and a cocktail shaker/mixer.

Ingredients

30ml or 1 shot of bacardi rum
100ml of fresh pineapple juice
75ml of grapefruit juice
200ml of sprakling water
Ice cubes

Preparation method

1. Put a few ice-cubes in a glass. Pour in bacardi, pineapple and grapefruit juice. Pour into a cocktail mixer and shake.
2. Pour the mixed cocktail into the glass again the add sparkling water.
3. Serve with cherries, pineapple and umbrellas, if you like!
