I absolutely love them! Made them today for the first time, and at first was a little wary as they looked weird, but I ate one, then another... and then another... Haha! They are so fantastic that I made a second batch for my family and friends!  -  16 Dec 2011

This is a great and easy recipe, I used moist shredded coconut instead of desiccated (as its so dry) i then made another batch and dipped them in melted chocolate - delicious!  -  02 Feb 2013
