About this recipe: This will work with turkey or pork, if you can't find veal. You can cook them in a baking dish in the oven instead of pan frying - if you prefer.


Serves: 4 

  • 4 cooked pork sausages, minced
  • 1 apple, diced
  • 4 veal escalopes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Prep:5min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:15min 

  1. Mix the sausage and apple in a bowl.
  2. Spoon a tablespoon of the mixture in the centre of each escalope. Roll up the veal and secure with a short skewer.
  3. Heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium-low heat. Cook the veal for approximately 10 minutes or until browned.
