About this recipe: Soft shortbread flavoured with vanilla and strawberry jam. Just made a batch for my husband who loves them with a cuppa.
Really easy to make, though what helps is to chill dough for 3 or 4 mins to make it easier to roll it into balls, plus I had no butter so used Stork and according to my bunch of critics they were fine and they are tough ! My family have voted this the best ever biscuits in the world. - 24 Apr 2016
