    About this recipe: An easy last-minute party nibble served with crisps.

    Serves: 12 

    • 225g (8 fl oz) mayonnaise
    • 1 (200ml) pot soured cream
    • 1/2 bunch spring onions, sliced
    • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley
    • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    • 1 clove garlic, minced

    1. In an electric blender or food processor, combine mayonnaise, soured cream, spring onion, parsley, mustard and garlic. Blend until smooth. Cover and chill before serving.


    Try adding dill instead of parsley for a fresh twist on this dip!
