About this recipe:I love this salad dressing that came about by accident when I was just messing around. The coriander, ginger, garlic and green chilli pepper add an Asian flavour to it. I serve it with a salad of avocado, tomato, red onion and lettuce.
2 small cloves garlic, peeled
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 small green chilli pepper
30g fresh coriander leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
4 tablespoons olive oil

Add garlic, ginger, chilli pepper, coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice and honey into a blender or food processor and blend. Gradually add olive oil.
Pour over a salad of lettuce, avocado, tomato and red onion. Store any leftover dressing in an air tight container in the fridge.
