This is a typical traditional Szechuan dish. Most of my friends love it, not only Chinese, but even English people. It's easy to make and good for Szechuan food lovers. You can have a whole chicken for 8 people or more, or you can make this with a half chicken, chicken drumsticks or chicken wings. Chicken is better on the bone!
Try it before serving. If you like it sweeter, add more sugar; if you like it salty, then more soy sauce. If you love it hot, use more chilli oil, and some chopped green chilli.
