Six simple ingredients is all it takes to make this elegant chocolate pud. No one can resist the warm, gooey chocolate that oozes from the centre of these luscious chocolate fondant puddings. Don't skip the cinnamon - you can't really taste it, but it adds a lovely depth of flavour.
I made this twice.....on practice run it was cooked all the way through, so although a delicious sponge it was disappointingly ungooey......however on the next go I lowered the oven temp to 180c (fan oven) & only cooked for 6 mins.....Mmmmmmm gorgeous....really professional.....& if you butter ramekins then swirl with sugar they come out really easily. A big hit with my friends...... A drizzle of chocolate ganache & a dollop of whipped cream tops it off. - 29 Jun 2011

This recipe was amazing, I have tried it a few times and would say it probably doesn't need so much time (the first go was cooked through) but lowering the temp to 200 and the time to 8 mins made them perfect! - 13 Mar 2015
