Best White Chocolate Mousse

    1 hour 15 min

A luscious white chocolate mousse that is great to serve with fresh fruit, a berry coulis, or on its own. This is a fab dinner party dessert, as you can make it well in advance. Or, for a large crowd - why not make this, as well as a chocolate mousse, then serve smaller portions of each? You could easily serve 12 this way!

I tried this recipe out for a friend who LOVES white chocolate mousse and I have to say it was so easy to make and was very much enjoyed - will definitely save this to use again. I just put 3 raspberries on the top and have to admit I enjoyed the added taste, so if have more time next time may try a coulis too.  -  04 Feb 2012

The texture was great but it tasted a bit strange. I think it would be nicer without the brandy  -  12 Jan 2015

This is a great recipe! So light and fluffy! Kids(and my boyfriend) 's version without the brandy is also aMazing! I agree, raspberries are great to cut the sweetness. Yummy!  -  12 Sep 2013
