1 handful sliced roasted red pepper (Iuse the ready made roasted peppers from the jar)

Preheat the oven to 220 C / Gas 7. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Roll out the pastry to a rectangle about 1cm thick (freeze the remaining half of the pastry packet). Cut the rectangle in half so that you have 2 individual pizza tarts. Place onto the baking tray.
Cut into the pastry slightly to indent a border. Spread a teaspoon of tomato puree within the border on each half. Add the cheese then the remaining ingredients.
Bake in the oven until risen and golden, about 20 minutes. Serve.
