    About this recipe: This yummily different way to make hot milk will make you sleepy in no time. I always have it when I can't sleep and it works a treat.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 1 

    • 1 mug of milk
    • sprinkle of cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
    • 1 teaspoon of golden syrup

    Method
    Prep:1min  ›  Cook:3min  ›  Ready in:4min 

    1. Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of a mug of cold milk. Add vanilla essence and golden syrup, mix well and pop in the microwave for approx 3 minutes on High. When it's finished, stir well so that syrup doesn't stick to the bottom. Warming and delicious!

    I'm getting sleepy...this is really good and it's a nice quick treat. Mine didn't really need 3 minutes in the microwave so I'd just watch it in there to prevent boil over.  -  02 May 2013  (Review from Allrecipes AU | NZ)
