Summer strawberry salsa

    Fresh strawberries make for an interesting salsa that goes well with barbecued meats.

    Serves: 32 

    • 400g (14 oz) fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
    • 4 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    • 1 green chilli, seeded and minced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 lime, juiced
    • handful chopped fresh coriander
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil

    1. In a large bowl, combine strawberries, tomatoes, chilli, garlic, lime juice, coriander and oil. Toss together well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
