Chocolate and Nut Clusters

Individually wrapped Chocolate Nut Clusters presented on a wooden tray make a very elegant and delicious gift. These are no-bake and only require a bit of melting in the microwave, so are nice to make with children.

- 175g (6 oz) plain chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 150g (5 1/2 oz) mixed nuts, such as peanuts, cashew nuts and almonds

- Put the chocolate chips and butter in a heatproof bowl and melt together in a microwave or over a double boiler. Stir in the nuts.
- Drop, a teaspoonful at a time, on to a baking tray or into little paper cases. Chill until set. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
