So easy - and delicious too! I added a little more apple sauce than it said but I am guessing that the ratio of stuffing to apple sauce is not crucial either way. The apple sauce makes the stuffing mixture really moist and therefore the chops are too. I used boneless chops. Served with mash, shredded steamed cabbage, steamed tender stem broccoli and onion gravy. Yummy! By the way, the packet of stuffing I happened to have in the cupboard was q a posh one....Wild Sage and Roast Onion Wholemeal stuffing mix....lovely....but sure it would work well with other kinds. - 27 Jun 2015
