About this recipe: Pao de Queijo is a Brazilian cheese bread made with tapioca flour. They’re puffy and chewy, like Japanese mocha, and perfect finger food, great for dipping! This Brazil recipe is really simple and will not take you long at all. This recipe is also great for coeliacs as tapioca flour is gluten-free.
Once made, the batter will keep in the fridge for up to a week.
Perfect with a caipirinha!
Super easy recipe and its so much fun to watch them bake( my place smells like heaven right now). I fudged the measuring bit because I don't have a weighing scale so my paos came out a little damp in the middle. Added garlic parsley seasoning n dried oregano leaves. Zomg!!! These are gonna be my new party starters. Tqvm for the recipe 😊 - 12 Apr 2015
