This is a recipe for a basic, easy to prepare, pasta. It is eaten a lot by rowers who need many carbohydrates to regain their energy after a work-out. There is a light version for the light-weights and a more heavy version for the heavy-weights. This recipe is little time consuming and easy to make.
Whenever you want to use fresh spinach you can pour cream or cream cheese to the pasta to make sure you get the ‘creamy’ sauce.
For the heavy weight version, bake the bacon along with the chicken. Put the cream cheese in the end in the sauce.
You can add some garlic as well.
