Swiss Chard Pasta Salad

About this recipe: This is a light and simple pasta salad, perfect on a hot day.


Serves: 4 

  • 100g (4 oz) fusilli pasta
  • 300g (11 oz) Swiss chard, stems removed and thinly sliced
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 4 tablespoons shop-bought vinaigrette
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

  1. Cook fusilli according to packet instructions. Drain, and rinse under cold water to cool.
  2. In a medium bowl, toss together the fusilli, Swiss chard and red pepper. Pour in dressing sparingly until you reach your desired amount. Season with black pepper to taste.
