Swiss Chard Pasta Salad

About this recipe:
This is a light and simple pasta salad, perfect on a hot day.
100g (4 oz) fusilli pasta
300g (11 oz) Swiss chard, stems removed and thinly sliced
1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
4 tablespoons shop-bought vinaigrette
freshly ground black pepper to taste
- Cook fusilli according to packet instructions. Drain, and rinse under cold water to cool.
- In a medium bowl, toss together the fusilli, Swiss chard and red pepper. Pour in dressing sparingly until you reach your desired amount. Season with black pepper to taste.
