In a mixing bowl combine breadcrumbs, chilli powder, oregano and paprika to taste.
Lightly dust the chicken pieces in flour. Dip into beaten egg and then press into the breadcrumbs mixture. Repeat with the remaining chicken pieces and place onto a plate. Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, melt the chocolate over a bowl of simmering water. When melted, add the vodka and mix well. Don't worry if the sauce splits slightly. Keep the sauce warm until serving.
Heat a frying pan with enough oil to shallow fry and cook the chicken bites over medium heat until the chicken is no longer pink at the centre and the breadcrumbs are crunchy. You may need to cook in batches.
Serve on a warmed serving platter with the sauce in the middle and toothpicks to use to dunk the chicken. Decorate the top of the sauce with a whole red chilli.
