Quick clam dip

    Ingredients
    Serves: 8 

    • 450g cream cheese
    • 1 tin baby clams
    • 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic granules
    • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
    • pinch of black pepper

    1. Drain clams and reserve liquid. Finely chop the clams. Combine all ingredients and add enough reserved clam juice to achieve desired consistency. Serve with crisps, crackers or toasted baguette slices.
