    • 500g salted butter, softened
    • 4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
    • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic cloves
    • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh chives
    • 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies (optional)

    1. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat until well blended. Cover and store in the fridge till using.
