Oriental baked salmon

    30 min

A simple yet delicious meal of salmon fillets which can be made in half an hour. I like to serve this with mange tout and baby sweetcorn.

Place the red chillies and spring onions in equal amounts across the fillets. Add a teaspoon of butter on top of each fillet.
    3. Wrap up the salmon fillets in the tin foil and place on a baking tray.
