Cook the pasta in a large pan of lightly salted boiling water according the packet instructions.
Add frozen peas for the last 3 to 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain well and return to the pan.
Stir in the cooked chicken, creme fraiche and pesto sauce and return to gentle heat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until piping hot!!!! Serve in warmed bowls and topped with fresh basil, or with tomatoes finely chopped, and olive oil drizzled over the top.
