Place the yoghurt, bananas, milk, coconut milk and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth. Taste to see if it is sweet enough; remember that you want it to be a little sweeter than you like it because when it is cold it will taste less sweet. Stir in desiccated coconut, then re-cover the blender and pulse briefly to combine.
Pour into ice pop moulds (or empty yogurt cartons) and freeze at least 5 hours; overnight is best.
For easy unmoulding, run the frozen moulds under warm water for 10 to 15 seconds before removing the ice pops.
