About this recipe: Bright purple blueberry ice pops flavoured with lavender and vanilla. A delicious adult ice pop! You can easily make this with other berries, such as blackberries.


Makes: 8 ice pops

  • 375g Greek yoghurt
  • 180ml milk
  • 4 tablespoons blueberry jam
  • 2 punnets blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender flowers

  1. Place the yoghurt, milk, jam, blueberries and vanilla in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Sprinkle in the lavender, then pulse briefly to mix.
  2. Pour into ice lolly moulds and freeze for at least 5 hours; overnight is best.
  3. For easy unmoulding, run the frozen ice pops in their moulds under warm water for 10 to 15 seconds before removing them.
