About this recipe: A luscious tangy dessert to go perfectly after a meal, made with low fat cottage cheese. Recipe kindly provided by Judy.

  • 1 tub very low fat natural cottage cheese
  • lemon juice to taste
  • sweetener to taste
  • 2 digestive biscuits, crushed

Prep:15min  ›  Extra time:12hr chilling  ›  Ready in:12hr15min 

  1. Blend the cottage cheese to a thick consistency. Blend together the cheese, lemon juice and sweetener.
  2. Pour the crushed biscuits into 2 glasses. Pour the cheese mix over slowly.
  3. Put the glasses into the fridge and chill for at least 12 hours to allow to set.
