These were so easy and I really like that they are not fried. I didn't know what the product was that they wrapped the eggs in so I used chicken breakfast sausage. I made a little nest in my palm and then wrapped the eggs easily. Baking time for me was about 30 minutes. Served with mustard.....and YUM! Thanks for sharing this tasty treat! - 18 Mar 2015
