Makes: 1 Loaf

  • 450g turkey mince
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 chilli, chopped
  • 2 leeks, chopped
  • a handful mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • soy sauce
  • Tabasco® sauce
  • salt and pepper

Prep:20min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:1hr 

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C / Gas 6.
  2. Mix all ingredients together. Form into a loaf on a baking sheet or place into a loaf tin.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven until juices no longer run pink, about 40 minutes.
