Really easy and quick sauce for white fish like panga or hake. It makes the cheapest fillets into a tasty meal for up to four people in nearly no time. Serve with saffron rice or fresh green salad and a nice glass of Spanish red wine.
I really wanted to like this recipe but the coconut milk sauce went a kind of cottage cheese texture and the sauce was generally too thin. Didn't taste too bad but won't make again. - 01 Apr 2014
