You can not get more Greek than that!! This is a simple salad I regularly eat. I just love feta cheese.
Always use plenty of olive oil and a bit of bread to dunk it all up. Olive oil is rich in Omega 3 and low in the Omega 6 (the one to watch), the Mediterranean diet is one of the healthiest!!!!
Simple, delicious and fresh.
