Several family members (including me) have to follow a gluten and dairy-free diet because of allergies, which makes these brownies ideal. They're inspired by the original brownie recipe which in itself doesn't contain any dairy. They were an instant hit the first time I made them.
Serve with a scoop of raspberry sorbet, it makes for a lovely dessert.

flat end result as it just collapsed as soon as it came out of the oven , tasted ok but then with so much sugar thats not a surprise ! The thing was a very untidy compared to a normal brownie as well. I was looking for a recipe in a hurry but next time will be more selective. - 07 Jan 2018
