High Speed Mum's summer garden salad

High Speed Mum's summer garden salad

1 person made this

About this recipe: Deciding to serve a salad with our sardines for lunch today I wandered out into the garden with my scissors and this recipe is the result. A green salad with a bewitching combination of flavours. I also cut up a plate of onion, red tomato and cucumber and sprinkled raspberries over it, just to give a bit of variety. The only things I bought were the olives and the red tomatoes.
