Wrap-base pizza

    A low-fat, healthy option if you fancy a pizza but not the calories! Baking the wrap before adding toppings stops the tomato soaking through and making it soggy.

    Serves: 1 

    • 1 flour tortilla or wrap
    • 5 tablespoons tomato passata or chopped canned tomatoes
    • sprinkle Italian herb mix
    • 1 grilled or cooked chicken breast
    • 1 small onion, sliced
    • 1 handful grated cheese

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 C / Gas 4. Lightly grease a large baking tray.
    2. Bake the wrap at a medium temperature for around 10 minutes, turning over halfway through so it is light brown and slightly crispy.
    3. Take the wrap out of the oven and cover it with the passata. Sprinkle the herbs evenly over. Tear the chicken breast and place on the base along with the sliced onion. Finish it off with a handful of grated cheese.
    4. Put the pizza back in the oven for a further 5 or so minutes, until the cheese has melted. Take out of the oven and enjoy!
