About this recipe: Dark chocolate and cream melted into truffle, dusted with bitter cocoa to create an utterly sensual bite. You can use a mix of dark and milk chocolate if preferred.
You can also cover them with melting chocolate and let them chill in the freezer. Then afterwards, you can do a little design on top of it with cream.
If you want to, add a tablespoon of liqueur, fruit puree or jam of your choice, or try adding some coffee, spices, candied dry fruits or nuts.
