- Put the chocolate pieces in mixing bowl. Set aside.
- Put the cream on low heat and gently bring to the boil.
- Pour the hot cream over the chocolate pieces, and let it stand for 5 minutes. Stir until you get a smooth mixture. Chill for a minimum of 4 hours or over night.
- Shape the mixture into smooth rounds and roll in cocoa powder. Dust off the excess.
You can also cover them with melting chocolate and let them chill in the freezer. Then afterwards, you can do a little design on top of it with cream.
Make it interesting
If you want to, add a tablespoon of liqueur, fruit puree or jam of your choice, or try adding some coffee, spices, candied dry fruits or nuts.
