About this recipe: A mouthwatering chicken bake with broccoli. It's seasoned with curry powder to really get the senses going.

Serves: 4 

  • 2 (400g) cans of Heinz Cream of Chicken soup
  • 1 head of broccoli, cut into even sized florets
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 4 tbsp double cream
  • 2 tsp hot curry powder
  • 25g grated cheddar cheese

  1. Pre-heat oven to 190°C/ gas mark 5.
  2. Cook 1 head broccoli (cut into even sized florets) in boiling water until just tender.
  3. Arrange the broccoli and 4 cubed skinless chicken breasts in an ovenproof dish.
  4. In a jug, mix 2 x 400g cans Heinz Cream of Chicken Soup, 4 tbsp double cream and 2 tsp hot curry powder.
  5. Pour the mixture over the chicken and broccoli, top with 25g grated cheddar cheese.
  6. Cook in the oven for around 50 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is browned.
  7. Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed carrots
