About this recipe: Oxtail soup reminds me of being very young as it was the soup that Mum made us when we were feeling under the weather or recovering from something.

  • 2 tins mixed beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tin Heinz Oxtail Soup
  • 1 tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato puree
  • chopped parsley to taste
