Easy Spicy Chilli Con Carne
- 300g minced beef
- 1 tin Heinz oxtail soup
- 1 tin red kidney beans
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 chopped garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 diced red pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped mixed herbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon tomato puree
Prep:10min › Cook:30min › Ready in:40min
- Heat olive oil in a pan. Sweat the garlic and onion without browning.
- Fry the minced beef and chilli powder for 5 minutes. Add in mix herbs, red pepper, red kidney beans and tomato puree.
- Stir in the Heinz oxtail soup. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with rice or jacket potatoes. Delicious.
