    About this recipe: This is a classic dinner in our house that's made with mince and vegetables. My nan loves cooking it and I enjoy it so much I make it at least once or twice a month.

    Serves: 6 

    • 500g fresh mince
    • 2 tins peas
    • 1 tin sweetcorn
    • 1 onion chopped (optional)
    • 1 tin mushrooms or some fresh
    • 2 tins chopped tomatoes
    • 2 tins of new baby potatoes, cut in half
    • 2 tins carrots
    • 1 garlic clove chopped (opital)
    • 1 tin Heinz Tomato Soup
    • 2 oxo's cubes crushed

    Prep:5min  ›  Cook:1hr  ›  Ready in:1hr5min 

    1. Cook your mince slowly until browned.
    2. Stir in the tomatoes. Add peas, sweetcorn, chopped onion, mushrooms, baby potatoes, carrots and garlic.
    3. Bring to the boil for a minute. Then pour in Heniz tomato soup and simmer.
    4. Add the crushed oxo's cubes over the top, stir in and continue to simmer for 5 or 10 minutes.
