About this recipe: This quick and easy meal will leave you full and satisfied. With simple ingredients it is also a cheap midweek meal, whilst looking deliciously expensive.

Serves: 4 

  • 2 large chicken breast fillets
  • 400g spaghetti or similar pasta
  • 100g spinach
  • 1 (400g) tin Heinz tomato soup

Prep:10min  ›  Cook:40min  ›  Ready in:50min 

  1. Roast the chicken for 30 to 40 minutes until tender.
  2. Boil the spaghetti. Add the spinach to the boiling spaghetti for the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain.
  3. Chop up the cooked chicken breasts into small chunks; add to the cooked spaghetti and spinach.
  4. Pour tin of tomato soup over the spaghetti, chicken and spinach; mix, serve and enjoy!


Add roasted tomatoes (as seen in the picture) to add a mixture of texture and a stronger flavour.
